I've made WNY my home by choice since 1975, leaving the metro NY area to attend UB.
I graduated with degrees in English and History, as a member of Phi Eta Sigma (National Honor Society) and was Dean's List member for most of my time there. I went on to career mostly in some of Buffalo's finest restaurants as a chef and General Manager.
My career changed course when I attended UB for my Master's in Business Administration - again, multiple concentrations in Technology and Marketing. I worked with Rich Products afterward, leaving after I being distinguished to be among their top 10%.
In 2006 I joined America's most decorated Financial Services organization (Edward Jones) after working as a Senior Analyst at Rich Products.
After managing my own Edward Jones branch in Lockport and winning several of their most prestigious national awards, I decided to open my own business in 2010.
These two threads make up my own approach to life. During my time in the restaurant industry I learned the importance of service. At Rich Products, our corporate theme was "Do the Right Thing", and of course at Edward Jones, there likely is no better outward facing financial services organization in the world.
Today my wife Cherie and I live in Lockport, where we attend The Chapel at Crosspoint.
I spend most of my spare time either volunteering at The Chapel, or involved with dog rescues. I'm proud to have joined Cherie on a trip to Ohio to save 14 beautiful dogs from destruction!
Between us Cherie and I have seven children, including three young men that either are or have served in our military.
I have my series 7 and 63 licenses, am working towards achieving my CIMA license which will conclude with testing at the prestigious Wharton School of Business.
